Action Plan 5 and 9 Practitioners' Workshop 3

San Jose, CA

The Third US-European Action Plan 5 and Action Plan 9 Practitioners Workshop was hosted by San Jose State University from November 2-4, 2004.  There were 23 expert practitioners representing 14 research organizations from around the world in attendance (10 Europeans, and 13 US participants).  The goal of the workshop was to develop guidelines on the use of scenarios in concept validation , to promote the exchange of ideas and techniques concerning concept validation, and, of course, to foster national and international relationships and partnerships.  Al Schwartz (US), Sherri Magyarits (US), Nigel Makins (Europe) and Manuel Dorado (Europe) were the workshop organizers.
