ACT-51

      The Contracts Branch is organized into two sections, Pre-Award and Post-Award.  Each section may provide personnel to assist with the development of the requirement.  The Pre-Award section initiates the procurement and makes the award.  The Post-Award section administers the award and closes the contract. Jose Benitez heads the Pre-Award section and Robert Loftus heads the Post-Award section.  Lisa Ferrante is the Acquire CO. 

      A Real Estate Contracting Officer and Small and Disadvantages Business Utilization Specialist are available on the Logistics Division Staff.

     The personnel of the Contracts Branch are responsible for the procurement and administration of all supplies, equipment, and services required to support the wide spectrum of operations at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center.
