The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center Advanced Imaging Division utilizes Graphic Arts to create products that are not only visually pleasing, but also technically oriented. The capabilities of the facility include full service technical design and creative design services. The graphic arts projects include: layouts, displays, plaques, conventional and technical illustrations, maps, charts, scanning, digital image creation and manipulation, mounting, and lamination.

These services are provided using the most current electronic imaging devices which can create color large format prints, computer generated reproductions, and 1800 dpi monochromatic images. Projects are created and processed in digital format utilizing original artwork and also an extensive inventory of clip art selections.
