Customer Responsibilities for Receiving and Shipping

To insure timely delivery of received packages, customers must assist us.  The biggest problem is
incorrect or incomplete addresses.  Insure your address contains as much information as possible to
include Name, Location Routing Symbol and Phone.  Other ways you can assist us follow.

  • Customers must update telephone number and location in 411 system completing
Telecommunication Service Request, (TSR) located in Lotus Notes.

  • Provide complete and accurate address to vendor.

  • Delegate a central receiving point and who will be available to sign and receive package.

  • Complete customs forms, if applicable (for shipping)
