Welcome
For your convenience, the William J. Hughes Technical Center operates an air shuttle between Atlantic City and Reagan National Airport 5 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday). All DOT/FAA employees and contractors are welcome to travel on a first come first serve basis. All other approved travelers will be on a seat available basis.
You simply need to access the
Shuttle Reservation System on the Technical Center Intraweb, or contact Shuttle Reservations at (609) 485-9812 (between the hours of 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday). Travel orders are required for each leg of your trip (this is your boarding pass).
Washington Ground Shuttle Pick Up Point/Time:
- FAA Headquarters "C" Street side - 7:45 a.m.
- FAA Headquarters "C" Street side - 4:00 p.m.
- To Headquarters from Reagan - 4:30 p.m.
Technical Center Ground Shuttle Pick Up Point/Time:
- Building 300, parking lot "A" - 3:10 p.m.
What You Need
When making your reservation, be prepared to provide the following:
- Travelers Name
- Grade (for accounting purposes)
- Agency/routing symbol
- Office, Home and Cell number
